#15 Room your citizens

Hi,

Lot's of things have changed with this version, as this upheaval mainly focus on the base mechanics, the next will be dedicated to new content (building, object etc...).

I upgraded the selection selection, and a Menu where you can change the quality of the game. I also added pathfinding, citizen cannot go through walls now. 

For the building part, you can now add rooms where you want the building to be at the same level, making them rest on piles.
