#22 Your realm will always be loaded and... Item production is coming !

Hi,

Firstly I corrected some bugs related to the new selection system, then I modified the chunk system in order for it to always keep in memory the chunk on which some tiles belongs to the player. Which means that even when you wander away from your city your citizens can always do their job. Then I added  the "items" which are independant from the resources and are pickable/destroyable as well as produced by the workshop (only the sicks are available for now". Have fun!
